Stitch of the Month

The Stitch of the Month program (Stitch-a-Month, or SAM) is a series of articles written by members of the Vintage Stitchers Chapter of EGA that presents a new stitch each month with instructions, history and its uses and variations. These stitch lessons remain on file with our chapter, for members' use at any time.

Several members are doing different projects with these stitches: some do samplers and others have used them to do more defined projects.

At the end of 2004, we finished up the entire series of Stitch-a-Month lessons. We are now enjoying a new program, Bead-a-Month, written by one of our members, which teaches beading stitches, one per month. To join our discussion group, click on the link below.
