Board of Directors 2005-2006

Executive Committee

President	Rissa	Send a note to Rissa	Lead the chapter, sit as ex officio member on all committees, work closely with board of directors and members alike. Encourage participation of all members in all aspects of the chapter.
Vice President	Kathie Morrison.	Send a note to Kathie	Assist the president in leading CyberStitchers and meetings including general, board and executive meetings. Manage chapter mailing lists, meeting attendance and select door prizes. Other duties as assigned.
Secretary	Lisa D.	Send a note to Lisa	Attend all board meetings, executive meetings and general meetings. Take minutes and post them with corrections and amendments. Do all correspondence for the organization as requested by the president.
Treasurer	Demaris	Send a note to Demaris	Keep the chapter accounts, expenses and income and report at each meeting. Prepare budget and annual report. Manage receipt of dues and membership reports to Region and National.
Internet Vice President/ Webmaster –Assistant Internet VP –Yahoo Group Photo Monitor	Annelle C (Non-voting) Suzanne P Diane	Send a note to Annelle C Send a note to Suzanne P Send a note to Diane	Maintains and adds to the chapter website. Maintains and adds to the chapter website in the absence of the chair. Maintains chapter photos in primary Yahoo Groups.
Region Representative –Alternate Region Representative	Rissa Anne R (Region Reps share a vote)	Send a note to Rissa Send a note to Anne R	Represent the chapter at quarterly Region meetings. Publicize Region happenings to the chapter. Distribute Region handouts to the correct committees. The Alternate attends in case the Region Rep cannot.

Historian	Sue S	Send a note to Sue S	Maintain the history of the chapter, including collecting photos and memorials for members.
Membership	Kelly	Send a note to Kelly	Track dues, member enrollment, and guest invitations. Deals with EGA National on all membership issues.
Publicity	Meg	Send a note to Meg	Provide chapter publicity materials for posting by members locally. Work closely with Education Chairman to promote the founding aspects of EGA. Send information to Region and National about chapter happenings to get recognition by others of our chapter.
Newsletter Editor	Sue S	Send a note to Sue S	Write, edit and publish newsletter four times a year to the chapter, web site, Region and National. Gather articles for the newsletter and items of interest.
Nominating Committee	Carol C	Send a note to Carol C	Make nominations for elected positions. Write this person if you want to run for an office.
